Peter Pohl

Chairman of the Subvisory Board

 

Trained in Business Administration, he is co-founder and CEO of parent corporation, GATC Biotech AG. He is also co-founder of LifeCodexx AG, where he served as CEO until 2009; he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board since then. Peter Pohl is a member of various regional and national boards within the biotechnology sector. He is the Chairman of BioDeutschland e.V. (since 2005) and co-founder and Chairman of BioLAGO e.V. (seit 2007).

 

Prof. Dr. Christof von Kalle

Subvisory Board member

 

Christof von Kalle is Director of the National Center for Tumor Disease (NCT) in Heidelberg and Head of the Department of Translational Oncology at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. He is trained in internal medicine, hematology, and molecular biology and has authored more than 95 publications in recognized professional publications. His fields of research include the transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells, the role of bone marrow stem cells in tissue repair and cancer, as well as the development of gene transfer strategies for the treatment of acquired and congenital genetic diseases, among others.

 

Prof. Dr. Dirk Honold

Subvisory Board member

 

Dirk Honold is a Professor of Finance at the Technische Hochschule Nuremberg and has worked as a CFO, Supervisory Board member, founder, and coach in innovative and family-owned companies involving a variety of international capital transactions, M&As, and IPOs since the late 1990s. He is also founder and one of the two heads of the Finance and Taxes working group of Bio Deutschland e.V., editor/co-publisher of Corporate Finance biz, and a member of the Schmalenbach Society.
